YOU HAVE TO BE

WORRIED    OR    EXCITED

Leader Pie Chart

It is all knotted up at 25 a piece from TPP#9

Trailer #1: A Walk Among The Tombstones

Directed by Scott Frank starring Liam Nesson, Dan Stevens, David Harbour and Astro

Intern's Review: It starts out with the promise of a great action movie then delivers no action until the end of the movie. A PI (Nesson) is hired to track down the killers of a drug dealers wife and deliver them to the drug dealer alive. This is nowhere near the set of skills I wanted to see from Liam. All in all it was pretty underwhelming.

Nathan is excited it could have been called Taken Gifts
Daniel was excited too for this Taken 3 even though it isn't related.

Rotten Tomatoes 65% IMDb 6.5 Intern 0

Winner: No points on this one for the losers.

Trailer #2: Felony

Directed by Matthew Saville starring Joel Egerton, Jai Courtney and Tom Wilkinson

Intern's Review: A police officer makes a mistake and his morels are compromised. He has to make a decision to either turn himself in for a crime he committed unintentionally or keep the secret while being pressured from the other two detectives to not say anything and to turn himself in. It walks the line making you decide if you want him to do the wrong thing or the right thing. The sound editing is great at drawing you into scenes in this movie.

Nathan got excited as he likes what Joel Edgerton is doing with his career.
Daniel followed suit with excitement wanting to be worried but stayed excited

Rotten Tomatoes 74% IMDb 6.1 Intern +2

Winner: They Tie this movie was good for making you question what the right thing to do is.

Trailer #3: The Green Inferno

Directed by Eli Roth starring Lorenza Izzo, Ariel Levy, Aaron Burns and Kirby Bliss Blanton

Intern's Review: Cannibals are coming the cannibals are coming! This movie has a lot of wasted space followed up with some great horror moments in the middle. The first cannibal scene actually made me squirm. However the first third of this movie doesn't need to exist, as well as the ending. A group of activists get into a plain crash and get stuck with a tribe of cannibals who take them out one at a time and eat the activists one at a time. Until the final girl lives.

Nathan is worried and this will be a flaming piece of shit.
Daniel was very cautiously excited and has concerns with Eli Roth.

Rotten Tomatoes IMDb Intern +1

Winner: Nathan the bad out weighs the good in this horror flick.

Trailer #4: Life Of Crime

Directed by Daniel Schechter starring Jennifer Aniston, Yasiin Bey, John Hawkes, Isla Fisher, and Tim Robbins

Intern's Review: A couple of first time kidnappers take a rich mans wife and attempt to get a $100,000,000 ransom. Things take a turn as they should with inexperience. Unfortunately it is a turn for the not caring as this movie has many characters that I enjoy watching but the movie just doesn't seem to keep you connected.

Nathan is worried because Elmore Lenard is great but hates Be Cool and loves Get Shorty. He thinks it'll be like Be Cool worried.
Daniel guesses he is excited through clenched teeth

Rotten Tomatoes 64% IMDb 5.8 Intern +1

Winner: Nathan it's not as good as Be Cool or Get Shorty.

Trailer #5: The Maze Runner

Directed by Wes Ball starring Dylan O'Brien, Kaya Scodelario, Will Poulter, and Thomas Brodie-Sangster

Intern's Review: Based on the best selling book by James Dashner. When adults test kids by putting them in situations where the kids start to die with mecha spiders and mazes. The kids start Tom Cruise running throughout this movie and we find out that Wicked is Good and She is the last one, ever. 1/3 Hunger Games, 1/3 Battle Royale, 1/3 Lord of the Flies.

Nathan got worried.
Daniel got worried as well it's like Hunger Games/Running Man/Game of Thrones

Rotten Tomatoes 63% IMDb 6.8 Intern +1

Winner Nathan and Daniel both get a point for this one.

Bonus Trailer: Outcast

Directed by Nick Powell starring Nicolas Cage and Hayden Christensen

Intern's Review: Another movie about a kingdom needing assistance from some out of place white people to help save it. Don't bother watching this one not even for how bad it is as it can't even deliver on being crappy enough to be good bad.

Nathan was excited by how bad this could be.
Daniel thought it was too much worried and screamed horribleness and greatness combined.

Rotten Tomates 6% IMDb 4.6 Intern 0

WINNER OF TRAILER PARK PODCAST EPISODE #10: Nathan
