The Intern Archive Update #17

YOU HAVE TO BE

WORRIED    OR    EXCITED

Trailer #1: Blackhat

Trailer #1: Blackhat

Directed by Michael Mann Starring Chris Hemsworth, Viola Davis, Wei Tang and Leehom Wang

Intern Review: The most attractive and muscular hacker to live gets to leave prison to solve international hacker problems. This was entertaining for reasons unknown but not a very good movie for Michael Mann standards. If you are going to watch an action/drama with little substance but just want to escape reality give this movie a go.

Trailer #2: A Most Violent Year

Trailer #2: A Most Violent Year

Directed by J.C. Chambers Starring Oscar Isaac, Jessica Chastain and David Oyelowo

Intern Review: It is the most violent year in New York Cities history. A business man tries to run his oil business while his trucks full of gas keep getting stolen. He tries to stay legit and not turn into a gangster while trying to not respond with violence himself. Oscar Isaac and Jessica Chastain really drive this movie forward and they slowly transform to the end of this movie. It is a little slower paced and if you can handle that you will enjoy this one. I would consider this the highest +1 you could give.

Trailer #4: Let's Kill Ward's Wife

Trailer #4: Let's Kill Ward's Wife

Directed by Scott Foley Starring Amy Acker, Ava Carpinello, James Carpinello, Dagmara Dominczyk and Donald Faison

Intern Review: Ward has a wife and all his friends want to kill her. When they do they then have to try and cover it up. This should be really funny and the opportunities  seem endless but it just doesn't deliver. The end actually make the whole movie useless. So just don't bother watching this let's kill this movie.

Trailer #5: The Gambler

Trailer #5: The Gambler

Directed by Rupert Wyatt Starring Mark Wahlberg, Jessica Lange, John Goodman and Brie Larson

Intern Review: The worst thing about this movie is everything. Especially that nobody learns anything and that at the end of the movie it feels like a complete waste of time. This movie was a bad bet so don't lose out on this gamble.
